Asian Fried Eggs
Today a very rare thing happened, there was sunshine in Winter! So I thought why not celebrate this weather I’ve been longing for with sunny-side-up eggs… packed with protein, iron and several vitamins and minerals, why would you pass?!
Being me I couldn’t just cook plain fried eggs, so after 30 minutes of searching, scrolling and browsing the internet I came across these delicious Asian-style fried eggs! Unlike the normal recipe, these eggs are fried with toasted sesame seeds, cooked to perfection, sprinkled with crunchy spring onions and drizzled with hoisin sauce!
Yum would be an understatement when describing this awesome breakfast, and it’s also super healthy! No bacon, tomato, mushrooms or bread required; just eat as is and soon you’ll be acting sunny too!
