Sticky Chicken Drumsticks with Rice and Bok Choy
There is only one way to describe this. It is the savoury version of a decedent dessert. Being sticky, and asian inspired brings in all the flavour categories like garlic, chilli, ginger, sesame, soy sauce and the list just goes on.
These gorgeous drumsticks definitely go beyond just delicious. Cooked in an asian marinade the flavour goes right down to the bone. Then, once out of the oven, they are glazed/brushed with the extra marinade, to make the flavour just that little bit more intense and present.
