Avo heard of avocado?

Avocado Hummus with Dukkah

Do you ever wonder how many preservatives are in food on the supermarket shelves? And what about those lolly snakes, Cadbury chocolate bars, and custard tarts! But now they are in sauces, white bread, and even dip.

Stop right there. Store-bought dip is unhealthy, but what about homemade? Now that can never be bad for you, because you always know the ingredients, which is why it’s a great idea to whip up this delicious but wholesomedip. Avocados are a source of vitamin C, E, and have healthy fats that protect the heart. So why wouldn’t you want to try it?

This ain’t your average unhealthy store-bought plastic container of mysteriousness. This is a fresh and light version. With middle-easten flavours like dukkah and tahini, it definitely is a dish you’ll soon be making over and over again.

So solve the mystery of those food giants on the T.V, and show them that homemade is always better!

Enjoy xx
