Who doesn’t love pizza? Whether it be a classic margarita, chapriciosa or even a vegetarian option, there is always a pizza for everyone to devour. It all starts with a thin and crispy base, spread with crushed tomatoes and finished with toppings of your choice; not to mention the finest olive oil being drizzled over the top!
I decided to have a go at making my own bases and the results were so much better than the shop-bought ones. The bread rises around the edges while at the same time stays super thin in the middle, it also develops a delicious charred crust around the sides.
Once you’ve made the dough, which can be left in the fridge overnight, the pizza takes no time at all. The trick is to preheat the oven to a very high temperature and it will only take 7-8 minutes! Am-az-ing!
