Super green smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 bunch of kale, washed and tough stalks removed
  • 1 cup (250ml) soy milk
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds (linseeds)
  • 1-2 tbsps maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth enough to drink. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Serves 2.
